The Best TOP LUXURY Hotels on the Las Vegas Strip: ($700+)
If you’re going all out and want the full VIP experience in Vegas (think private elevators, top-tier service and amenities, and floor-to-ceiling Strip views), these hotels are the creme de la creme hotels. They’re not cheap, but people rave about the comfort, peace, exclusivity, and “wow” factor. I’ve toured some of these hotels, but I haven’t personally stayed in any of them, yet! (Someday, haha). Here’s a list of some of the best top-tier luxury hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, along with their Google, Expedia, or Booking.com rankings!
1. ARIA Sky Suites

ARIA Sky Suites is a Forbes Five-Star hotel that spoils you with breathtaking views above the Strip. The location is hard to beat, right in the center of the Strip with easy access, and the rooms are incredible, with panoramic views and plenty of complimentary amenities. They try to personalize the experience for you, including perks like a private airport pickup, a separate Sky Suites lobby check-in, and zero casino chaos in the lobby. You’re tucked into this ultra-modern space above the Strip and it’s quiet, sleek, and just oozes expensive.
It feels like a true sanctuary away from the bright lights of Vegas, and the staff goes above and beyond without being overbearing. The suites are incredible, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a giant soaking tub, and blackout shades that close at the push of a button. The secluded lobby and lounge are also a huge plus, packed with complimentary light hors d’oeuvres, coffee/tea, and other beverages you can take with you to go. It’s a place that makes you want to have a night in, instead of going out.
2. Encore Las Vegas

Encore Las Vegas is super stylish and luxurious, with incredible floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel lobby is gorgeous, and the rooms are massive, with plush furnishings (the bed is one of the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep on) and beautiful views of the Strip, the Sphere, or the resort pools. The rooms are spotless, the pools are like a paradise, and there are so many things you can do on the property. Encore has some amazing restaurants, spas, and shows you can watch too!
Encore is sophisticated without being stuffy and has a high-end feel that does not overwhelm you. The service is top-notch, and the staff is very professional and approachable. If you can, I highly recommend staying on one of the non-smoking floors.

3. Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip Las Vegas

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara is a hidden gem that stands out, especially for those looking for something quieter but smack dab in the middle of the action. The hotel is so peaceful, without the smoky casino lobby or hordes of tourists. It has a super chill vibe with spacious, modern rooms with views of the Strip or Sphere.
The location is perfect too, right on the Strip, on the Miracle Mile shopping center (one of the best shopping areas and things to do on the Las Vegas Strip), and connected to everything, but when you step inside, it’s like an oasis of calm. The suites are super spacious, and it feels like an apartment rather than just a hotel room. You can unwind here and the kitchenettes in the room are a total game-changer. It’s great to whip up a quick breakfast before heading out, especially if you’re staying on the Strip for as long as we usually do (two weeks or more at a time makes a big difference. The staff is super friendly and the rooftop pool is the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing!

4. Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is a fantastic hotel on the Strip that’s a smoke-free oasis. The service is top-notch, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is tucked away on the south end of the Strip, offering a serene escape from the usual Vegas chaos. It’s honestly hard to find, and that’s a good thing if you’re trying to get away from the craziness on the Strip!
The service is exceptional, and the staff makes you feel like royalty. The room comes with all the amenities you need, and the bar and coffee shop are stocked downstairs and they’ll fulfill any request. The attention to detail is evident in everything, from the turn-down service to the thoughtful room amenities. It’s also one of the few hotels without a casino on-site, so it’s a great choice for people looking for a more peaceful stay. There’s also a gorgeous pool area and an amazing spa, which is worth checking out if you’re looking for a luxurious spa day.

Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is another solid luxury hotel. It’s a non-gaming, non-smoking resort, and the Waldorf Astoria is renowned for being a AAA Five-Diamond star resort. Honestly, it’s hard to beat the level of sophistication and calm it offers right in the heart of the Strip.
The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the views are stunning. The Waldorf has everything you’d expect from a luxury hotel! The bed feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud, the bathroom is breathtaking, and the room alone makes the stay worth it. The service is also fantastic, with exceptional attention to detail.
The pool area is beautiful, and the spa is also excellent. They offer day passes ($75 plus service charge), and there are delicious on-site cafes like Zen Cafe, along with a beautiful pool area. It’s a beautiful and quiet property, and there’s an exclusive atmosphere that comes with staying at this relatively new resort. The hotel is very fancy, with floor-to-ceiling windows, incredible restaurants, and a great pool!
The hotel has exceptional hospitality, with an attentive staff. The resort is a bit quieter than others on the Strip, but it’s still close to everything. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to get away from the crowds a little bit.

8. The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort

It’s my dream to stay at the Palazzo or at the Venetian itself! The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort is one of those places that feels more like an experience than just a stay. The suites are massive, with elegant décor and high-end amenities that make you feel like you’re living in a private luxury apartment (think giant marble bathrooms and deep soaking tubs). You have a spectacular view of The Sphere, the golf course and waterfalls behind Wynn, and the breakfast is decent!
The resort is luxurious but not pretentious, and I agree! It’s the perfect balance of opulence without feeling over the top. The attention to detail is incredible, from the high-quality linens to the plush, super comfy beds. The pool area is also amazing with some fantastic dining options around the property. It’s close enough to major attractions on the Strip, like the Bellagio fountains, LINQ High Roller, and more!

The Venetian is gorgeous. It’s among the best 5-star hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. The rooms are large, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and every detail helps you feel like you’re in Venice, from the gondola rides to the Italian-inspired décor. It’s the kind of hotel where you could spend an entire day exploring the property! There’s so much to do on-site, and you can enjoy a night in. The rooms are huge, with large sitting rooms and dining tables.
The staff here is also top-notch, and the hotel includes a beautiful spa and salon. Even though I haven’t stayed at the Venetian (yet!) I’ve had nothing but positive experiences grabbing the most incredible hot chocolate at Dandelion Chocolate Co, and enjoying a day at the Venetian Spa. The pools are fantastic, and the dining options are diverse (I love the Italian spots, but they also have a great Chinese restaurant on site, Mott 32). The shopping and entertainment make it feel like a destination in itself.

11. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

I can’t recommend The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas enough! This is another hotel on my Vegas bucket list, because of the beautiful modern amenities and top-class dining scene (the Cosmopolitan has so many great eateries to choose from and frequently makes the best restaurants in Vegas list).
The rooms are stylish, with a unique design that sets it apart from other resorts on the Strip. I’ve heard so many people rave about the fantastic views and the fabulous balconies that offer a great view of the city. The Cosmopolitan is centrally located, and it’s a good one of those few places on the strip where you can find a good mix of luxury and lively atmosphere. The property has multiple restaurants, iconic bars, and even a nightclub right on the property.
The vibe is vibrant but not overwhelming, and people describe the hotel as energetic yet relaxing, which I agree with. The pool area is fantastic, and the casino floor offers plenty of entertainment without feeling too crowded. ARIA Resort & Casino is one of those places that never disappoints. It has a AAA Five Diamond Award, offering tech-savvy suites and lots of fine dining options. Everything feels high-tech and comfortable, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic views of the Strip (a lot of high-end hotels on the Strip offer floor-to-ceiling views).
The technology in the rooms is a standout if that’s your thing like the touchpads to control everything from the AC to the lighting. The property itself is massive, with plenty of dining options, entertainment, and a beautiful pool area. It’s more like a relaxed luxury, and it’s conveniently located with easy access to the rest of the hotels on the Strip, as you’re right in the center of the action. The rooms are stunning and spacious, and the pool area is impressive, with a massive casino, Forum shops, and the famous Colosseum where some of the biggest acts perform (think Adele and Kelly Clarkson!). They also have a fantastic spa, Qua Baths & Spa, which is my all-time favorite spa on the Las Vegas Strip (I’m a huge fan of their day passes, and honestly, I liked my experience at Qua Baths and Spa more than my experience at the Venetian with a $300 massage!). Caesars Palace is a hotel that you could spend all day exploring!
Caesars Palace also has plenty of dining options, with everything from Hell’s Kitchen, NOBU, and Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill. There are plenty of casual and fine dining spots! The location is ideal, right in the heart of the Strip, making it super convenient to explore other spots. The hotel is one of the most popular places for tourists and with good reason.

It feels like a little bit of France on the Strip, and it’s always cool to hear some guests speaking French to each other (I can see why the hotel would be a popular choice for French speakers!)
The hotel has some amazing French-inspired restaurants too, and you can try everything from authentic creperies to high-end French restaurants that serve escargot. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of the Strip, and you’re just steps away from some of the best attractions in Vegas (you’re right across from the iconic Bellagio fountains). A lot of budget hotels on the Strip are hit or miss. But, if you’re trying to save money (especially if you’re planning a longer stay like we usually do), or just need a place to crash after a show or club, these are tried and true, and do the trick. While they might not be mega luxurious like hotels like Caesars Palace and the Venetian, they’re not horror stories either and I’ve grown to love these!
20. Excalibur Hotel & Casino

Excalibur Hotel & Casino has been our go-to hotel for almost every single time we’ve stayed on the Strip. I’ll admit the theme is a bit out there (you’re staying in a giant cartoon castle), but it’s pretty charming, and the hotel has been a classic on the Las Vegas Strip for years. The hotel is also one of the most family-friendly hotels on the Strip, with a great arcade and some kid-friendly shows like the Tournament of Kings (we thought this show was super funny and entertaining, even as adults!).
It’s a good budget hotel, with solid, clean, and comfortable rooms that we don’t get tired of, even during our longer stays. It’s a great spot for value. Overall, it’s a solid, affordable choice for anyone who doesn’t mind a more relaxed atmosphere. The vibe is definitely more playful and casual. Treasure Island is another good choice for anyone looking for an affordable, yet fun stay on the Strip. The hotel has some fun pirate-themed decor that still catches people’s attention, even though it’s been around for years. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and even though it doesn’t have the over-the-top luxury as other resorts, it’s more than just a place to crash after a long day of exploring.
The location is another great feature of the hotel. Situated right on the Strip, it’s easy to walk to all the major attractions as you’re right across from The Venetian and just a short walk away from the Bellagio fountains. There is also a great variety of restaurants and shows on the property (hello, Cirque du Soleil!).
