Looking for an honest Resorts World Las Vegas review?
We recently stayed at the Conrad (one of three hotels at Resorts World), and even though we had a really great time, I was a bit worried about the location being a bit of a tradeoff. In some ways, it was, but in other ways we managed just fine.
Resorts World is relatively new and filled with enough to do that you could honestly just stay on property for your entire trip.
In this Resorts World Las Vegas review, I’m breaking down our experience and my honest review of the rooms, the pool, the food, Zouk nightclub, and whether the location is really a tradeoff and something you should be worried about. Here’s everything you need to know if going to Vegas and thinking about staying at Resorts World!
Short on Time?
Resorts World tends to have better rates than central Strip properties, partly because of the location. You can find deals on Expedia with their price match guarantee, but I would factor in whether you’ll be taking Ubers to explore other hotels, since that can eat into your Vegas budget pretty quickly.
Best Things to Do in Las Vegas
If you’re staying at Resorts World Vegas, you’re staying pretty far north on the Strip. It’s worth adding a few things in your itinerary that are actually closer to the hotel, and make for a fun Vegas trip.

Arrival & Check-In
We had a pretty smooth and straightforward check in at Resorts World. The lobby feels very fresh and brand-new, but it’s important to make sure you’re in the right lobby for your hotel, as there are three on property!
The staff was friendly, and because Resorts World opened relatively recently, everything feels pristine and well-maintained, not like you’re checking into a hotel that’s been around for decades.
Also when we checked into the Conrad, they gave us a little Resorts World teddy bear as a thank-you gift, which is a sweet, personal detail that Hilton properties (especially the more upscale brands like the Conrad) tend to do well. It’s a small thing, but really makes you feel welcome.
What’s Inside Resorts World Las Vegas?
What makes Resorts World unique is that it’s not just one hotel. It’s actually three separate hotels operating under one roof, all with their own vibe and price point. That means you’ve got options depending on what kind of experience you’re after, budget-friendly or luxury.
Las Vegas Hilton
The Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World is the most accessible option on the property, positioned as a budget-to-mid-range choice.
We didn’t stay here ourselves, but from what we saw walking around, it’s the more casual, laid-back hotel of the three.
The rooms are clean and the value you get for the price is really good!
It’s still brand new, so if you’re looking for a solid Hilton hotel on the Strip that won’t break your budget, the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World is a good choice.
Conrad Las Vegas
The Conrad is where we stayed, and it’s the luxury option on the property. It sits on the higher floors of the complex and has its own separate vibe compared to the Hilton below.
The room definitely felt higher end, with Aesop soaps and premium amenities, but it wasn’t anything over the top. It’s more geared toward travelers who want a nicer experience without paying five-star Bellagio prices.
Crockfords Las Vegas
Crockfords is the third property on the Resorts World campus, and we didn’t really explore it that much. It’s positioned as another luxury options with clean, beautifully designed rooms.
Rooms at Conrad Las Vegas (Our Stay)
Our room at the Conrad was clean and fresh and was exactly what you’d expect from a newer Vegas property. The design felt upscale, wasn’t too over the top, and the bed was so comfortable (almost as comfortable as the beds at MGM Grand!) There was no worn-down furniture or carpet that’s seen better days.
The room came with an in-room fridge, and we appreciated the little touches that come with staying at a Conrad-branded property, like that teddy bear I mentioned earlier.
One thing worth noting: our view of Circus Circus was pretty unavoidable. We joked about it constantly throughout the trip, but hey, if you’re looking for a reality check on where you are on the Strip, a view of Circus Circus hotel, one of the most haunted and run-down hotels on the Strip, will definitely do the trick.

The Pool
The pool at Resorts World Vegas was honestly one of the nicest, most relaxing pools I’ve ever experienced on the Strip (and that’s coming from someone who has seen a lot of Vegas pools!).
On weekdays, it’s pretty quiet, so you can enjoy the space without feeling like you’re packed in with hundreds of other people. The vibe is calm and resort-like, exactly what you’d want if you’re trying to relax.
But during the weekend, more people show up, especially for parties at Zouk nightclub later in the evening. So if you’re specifically looking for a peaceful pool experience, aim for a weekday stay. If you want more action and social energy, weekends are the better choice.
Zouk Nightclub & Nightlife
Zouk is the property’s huge nightclub, and it’s getting more traction with popular DJs performing regularly. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re looking for a good club in Vegas. The energy is younger, and it feels like a destination within the hotel rather than just a side attraction.
Because the overall crowd at Resorts World skews younger (more on that in a bit), the club attracts people who are actually there to have a good time. So if you’re looking for that classic Vegas experience, you’ll get that here!
Food Court & Dining
Resorts World’s food court is actually really impressive and has a lot of variety. You’ve got a solid lineup of different cuisines (and a good mix of Asian food options!), and everything is centrally located, so grabbing meals between the pool and your room is super convenient.
Breakfast Spot (24 Hours)
There’s a 24-hour breakfast spot at Resorts World, which is so great if you’re coming back late from partying or waking up early for a Grand Canyon day tour.
We grabbed avocado toast there, and even though the avocado toast itself was just okay (nothing that knocked my socks off), the egg on top was legitimately the freshest, most vibrant orangey egg I’ve had on the Strip. That egg was perfect.
It sounds funny and like a small thing, but when you’re eating in Vegas, fresh, organic ingredients really make a difference in your experience.
The fact that it’s open 24 hours means you’re not stuck eating at weird times or relying on room service if you’re feeling hungry at 3 AM.
Juniors Cheesecake
Juniors is another on-property spot, and it’s pretty well-known for its cheesecake. We got the key lime pie cheesecake, and it was pretty good, just a bit too sweet for my taste. It’s a good bang for your buck, and you can easily split it with people.
Food Court Asian Eats
The Asian food options are where the food court really shines. There’s a hand roll station, KBBQ options, and boba. We really enjoyed having that variety right there without having to hunt around the Strip for something good.
It feels like Resorts World actually thought about what travelers want to eat, rather than just throwing random restaurants together.
The Spa
From what we heard (and saw glimpses of), the spa at Resorts World is really nice and newly renovated. It’s supposedly one of the best co-ed spas on the Strip, which means a lot because a lot of the spas in Vegas don’t have good co-ed spaces.
The Crowd: A Younger, Local Vibe
One thing that really stood out about Resorts World Vegas is the crowd. It skews noticeably younger (we’re talking 20s and 30s), and there’s a strong local presence.
It doesn’t feel like the typical “retirement crowd gambling away their pension” vibe you get at some other hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Instead, it feels like locals who know what they want, coming to have a good time at a nice new property.
Location: Why the North Strip Is Resorts World’s Biggest Trade-Off
Here’s where I need to be honest with you: the location is the only real downside of Resorts World Vegas. You’re a bit too far removed from the central Strip action, and getting to that side requires some planning.
Walking to other hotels on the South end is brutal. We’re talking a long walk from Resorts World all the way down to somewhere like New York-New York or Aria and in the Vegas heat, especially in summer, that’s not something you want to do.
You end up taking Ubers or looking for transportation options, which can add up cost-wise and kill the spontaneity of just popping into another hotel for dinner or drinks.
The plus side is that by staying at Resorts world, you have a whole other side of the Strip available to you. You’re close to upscale hotels like Wynn, Encore, and Fontainebleau, and some cool local eats like Tacos El Gordo. You’re also close to Fashion Show Mall, which is my favorite mall on the Strip for fantastic deals and a great food court.
What to Watch Out For
A few things worth knowing before you book:
The location really is the main trade-off. Yes, Resorts World is beautiful and new and has great amenities, but you’re a bit isolated from the rest of the Strip hotels like Bellagio and Caesars’ Palace. If you’re someone who gets antsy staying in one place and wants easy access to everything Vegas has to offer, this location might frustrate you.
But if you’re looking for more of a staycation vibe where you’re happy to just enjoy the hotel, pool, restaurants, and the nightlife without constantly venturing out, then Resorts World works perfectly.

Resorts World is a great fit for specific travelers, and here’s who I think will enjoy the hotel the most:

- Guests who appreciate having multiple hotel options (Hilton, Conrad, Crockfords) within the same property
Maybe skip if:
- You want to be in the thick of the central Strip and easily walk to everything

The Conrad is the nicest if you can swing the rates, but we got a really good deal through connections. The Las Vegas Hilton is solid if you want everything Resorts World offers at a lower price point. Crockfords is the wild card we didn’t explore deeply enough to give you a fair take on.
All three are new and clean, so you’re mostly choosing between price and amenities.
Final Thoughts: Is Resorts World Better Than the Classics?
Resorts World Las Vegas is absolutely worth considering, especially if you can snag a good rate. It’s new, it’s clean, the food options are solid, and the younger vibe is genuinely refreshing compared to some of the older, more worn-down properties on the Strip. The pool is beautiful, and if you’re into nightlife, Zouk alone makes the trip worthwhile.
But here’s the real talk: the location is limiting if you want flexibility and easy access to the rest of the Strip. If you’re looking for a complete Vegas experience where you’re constantly moving between hotels and casinos, you might find yourself frustrated by the distance.
However, if you want a fun, modern home base where you can have a great time without leaving the property, Resorts World absolutely delivers. For us, it was a solid choice, and we’d definitely stay there again, especially if we got rates that made the north Strip location feel less like a compromise.
